Robert F. Skane, Sr. Bubba passed away June 25, 2008 He was 82. Bubba was a landmark in the Utica Police Traffic Office. He was one of the most valuable assets the dept. had, in that he highly regarded and respected people paying their fines and did so giving each the dignity they deserved. Bubba, undoubtedly is serving in a high public relations position in heaven.
