Patrolman Louis Pesce

Louis Pesce spent years working the east side of the city.  Stogie's were the order of the day. As were his peaceful pleasant demeanor. Louie's life was his dedication to the job. Loyal faithful servant to the citizen's of Utica.
Born August 23, 1922, Passed Jan.14, 1993 at 70.  A Career of over 40 years. RIP
