Lieutenant Dennis Carr
Passed away on July 25, 2016. Forever remembered for his contribution
of professionalism to the UPD.
He was the prodigy sent to teach about firearms. Year after year his
instructions on how to use weapons with a high degree of precision insured
the dept. was prepared for any eventuality.
One high level leader and Street Police Officer who earned his place
of esteem to all who knew him.
