Investigator Jerry Briggs passed on Tuesday August 9, 2016. Known throughout the Dept. as a tough, hard working Investigator who tirelessly worked on difficult cases and solved many of them because of his dedication as an Investigator. Approachable, likable, always a gentleman. His contribution to the UPD is memorial and notability worthy. My Ground hog hunting buddy.
