In memory of Lt. Art Broccoli who died on February 1, 2016. Met Art in Basic Training at MVCC in September of 1967. He served in Utica till 1970 then transferred to the NYS Police. Great sense of humor, personable and respectful of everyone. May God continue to watch over his family. My most sincere condolences. He attained ranks of Sergeant, Senior Investigator and retired as Lieutenant in 1991. But that's only part of his accomplishments and he will long be remembered by many whose life his touched.
