Notorious for etching his Initials everywhere he could. It's unknown what his status is at this time 5/31/2021 but I'm sure he is still leaving his sign where ever he may be. A true Police Character if there ever was one. He lived and Patroled the South Utica Zone for many years and leaves a legacy of notoriety. Maybe living in Ct.
