Patrolman Frederick J. Dodge

Patrolman Frederick Jake Dodge 70 passed on March 4, 2012. In addition to his service as a Police Officer in Utica,  prior had been a Police Officer with New York Central Railroad. He retired in 1991.  Jake was everyone's friend and well respected in the Police Dept. for his open hearted ways.  RIP

Patrolman Bob O'Toole

Bob O'Toole was good Police. Remember chasing Rossi Lee through the backyards in Corn Hill with him back in the late 60s.  He served his community well while on the streets of Utica.  RIP Bob. He died on August 9, 2003

Patrolman Joseph (Ginger) Cicchelli Sr.

Ginger

Headed up the Warrants division for a number of years in addition of outstanding service in Patrol and Investigation.
Ginger departed October 21, 1987 33 yrs. on the job.
